Yoga and Breathing (Pranayama)

The participants assimilate the Asanas focusing the work on the body's structure. 

During the Asanas, the breathing has a very important role and influences both body and mind. The Ujjayi breathing is the technique employed during the classes and combines power, focus and calm.
Classes always end with the Pranayama, which is a combination of the terms Prana (energy of life) and Yama (supervision, control) and literally means "controlling the energy of life". 


Yoga Therapy  

Due to the different type of body structure sometimes the yoga class can become a true therapy for an individual, especially in a private class.
The work consists to resolve some somatic problems or pain or muscular stress.

              
Yoga Swing 

The support of the Swing helps for the stress of the back and of the neck, improving in this way the relax. On the Swing, in the gravity absence, muscles are without tension and easily to work on (with actions through a passive movement or stimulated with massages).


             

Ayurvedic Massage 

The Ayurvedic Massage is a special body therapy because during the stimulation of Myofascia is used a warm oil with Ayurvedic Herbs.

This specific type of massage can be given as a full body massage or part body massage. like head.
