Private Session is an individual and customized 60 min. class which meet personal needs. During the class will be shared information about Ayurvedic Medicine, Meditation and will be given and helpful yoga props.  

Private sessions are available by appointment, from Monday to Friday midday. 


R e s e r v a t i o n

Reservation is strongly suggested 48 hours prior to lessons commencement either via on-line, e-mail or telephone. Later registrations are of course possible but it could be not guaranteed class availability.

A notice of 48h is required on all cancellations and schedule changes. This notice allows the instructor to place another client in that time slot.

R e c o m m en d e d   a t t i r e
For your comfort please bring either comfortable pants or leggings, shirt and a personal towel. The class will be in barefoot, you can bring a pair of clean socks for the Relax Time (Shavasana) and The Breath Techniques Time (Pranayama).


Please do not wear baggy shirt or pants as this interferes with correcting body alignment and movements.
          
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE

·         If you have an injury or medical condition, notify your teacher in advance. The teacher can modify a particular exercise to make it more suitable for you.
·         It is important to empty your bowel and bladder before practice
·         You should inform your teacher if you are pregnant or have recently had a baby.

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to lesson to prepare your mind and body for your workout.

Information about the massages:


Abhyanga (Sanskrit: "Oil Massage") is a form of Ayurvedic medicine that involves massage of the body with large amounts of warm oil. The oil is often pre-medicated with herbs for specific conditions.

Shiroabhyanga 
(Sanskrit: "Head Oil Massage") Ayurvedic head massage is focuses on the head, shoulders and neck, the areas most vulnerable to stress and tension. The head massage induces a state of calm, peace and tranquility and promotes high levels of alertness and concentration.

Mukabhyanga  
(Sanskrit: Face Massage with turmeric paste) This Ayurvedic face and neck massage is a massage for all of your senses, for more inner beauty, and deep relaxation.regulates dry, chapped and stressed skin.

Padabhyanga
 (Sanskrit: Foot Oil Massage) rings together the ancient and revered practice of Ayurveda foot massage, Padabhyanga, together with the  dynamic health benefits of Reflexology in one powerful, deeply relaxing and wonderful therapy.

Chavutti 
(Literally meaning Massage by Foot Pressure) or Kalari Marma Massage, is a full body oil massage, differing from most other types of massage in that the practitioner uses her feet for the main part of the treatment. The advantage of feet over hands is that with one deep, powerful stroke the whole length of the clients body can be massaged, from the tips of the fingers to the tips of the toes. The long flowing strokes literally ‘iron out’ knots and kinks in the muscular skeletal system whilst encouraging a mental state of deep relaxation.
